Forty Under 40 Recognition Dinner
A few months ago, I was selected to the 2015 class of Forty under 40. It means so much to be recognized for my efforts over the past six years in the Des Moines community. A few weeks ago, myself and my fellow honorees were recognized at a dinner hosted at the Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel. Below are a few photos from the evening:

2015 Iowa Governor’s Conference on Public Health
Last week was the culmination of several months of preparation and hard work by many people.
As conference coordinator of the 2015 Iowa Governor’s Conference on Public Health, I worked with a conference planning committee comprised of public health officials across this great state to produce an event attended by 550 individuals enjoying 49 academic concurrent sessions.
This is the largest conference I’ve ever co-produced. The magnitude of communication, logistics, decisions-making and fun made for an exceptional experience. If you need help planning your next conference (or know someone who does!) just drop me a note.
