For those of you who are Admins on a Facebook Fan Page – beware…Facebook has changed how to access this functionality.
Last week, this was the process for enabling the feature to use Facebook as a Fan Page: 
- Log in to your personal Facebook Account
- Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
- Choose the Fan Page that you wanted
- Viola!
How to currently enable the feature to use Facebook as a Fan Page:
- Log in to your personal Facebook Account
- Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and choose your Fan Page OR choose from the Pages you’re an Admin of from your personal news feed on the left hand side OR use the search box at the top of the page to search for your Fan Page
- In the Admin Panel, click on “Edit Page” and choose “Use Facebook as ‘your page name here’”
- To change back to using Facebook as your personal page, you have to navigate back to the Fan Page, and in the Admin Panel, click on “Edit Page” and choose “Use Facebook as ‘your name’”
The new way to enable this feature doesn’t require more clicks, per se, but the user has to navigate back to the Fan Page in order to toggle back to using Facebook as their personal page. Prior to this change, the user could simply click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner which is available to the user regardless of the page they are on.
